Soup Prep

Combine five of the seven ingredients (hold back the cilantro and green onions) and all six spices into a soup pan.  Simmer with lid on until yellow onions are tender (about 30 minutes).

*Note: Use entire contents of canned ingredients (tomatoes, chicken, and sweet corn). Add the green onions and cilantro after the soup is finished simmering and before serving.

#4 Chicken Breast Meat (12.5 oz., shredded)

#5 Yellow Onion (1 large, about 200 grams, chopped)

#6 Green Onion (3 onions, chopped)

#7 Cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)

Six Seasonings

#1 Ranch Dressing Mix (1/2 tsp)

#2 Crushed Red Pepper (optional, < 1/8 tsp, about a pinch)

#3 Taco Seasoning (1 TBSP)

#4 Granulated Garlic (1/2 tsp)

#5 Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)

#6 Salt (1 tsp)
